 ”OH MY GOSH! SANTA’S COMING! I KNOW HIM! I KNOW HIM!” -Buddy the Elf

Christmas is my ultimate favorite holiday and “Elf” is hands-down my favorite holiday movie. The fact that these two components are coming together to welcome Santa at Mall of America® makes me feel like a giddy, little girl again. Here’s what you need to know and where you need to be to help welcome the jolly ol’ guy in the red suit to Mall of America:

What: Santa’s Arrival Ceremony

When: Thursday, Nov. 8 at 6 p.m.

Where: The Patio (Southwest corner of Nickelodeon Universe)

Info: Join us in greeting Santa at Mall of America with a festive parade through Nickelodeon Universe®. The arrival ceremony will feature performances by cast members from the Broadway muscial “Elf,” showing at the Ordway Music Theatre December 5-30.

Kids will also get to make their own ELF HATS, WRITE LETTERS TO SANTA, and snack on COOKIES, MILK, AND HOT COCOA provided by Nestle Tollhouse.

Following the arrival ceremony, Santa will be availalbe for photos in West Market Square until 9 p.m. For a complete listing of Santa’s schedule, click here.
