This past week, Sara Rogers, Mall of America® Trend Specialist, headed to the “Twin Cities Live” studio to chat with John and Elizabeth about alternative shoe options to wearing high heels. Many women are used to wearing heels to feel more powerful and feminine but recent reports have shown that the negative side effects could outweigh the positives when it comes to sporting those sky high heels.
