My dad goes through watches like you wouldn’t believe. Most of the time the glass shatters or the band breaks. In the past I’ve always bought him a watch that is a bracelet band. Well not this time. I love the simplicity of a great Timex watch and when I was brainstorming ideas for dad this Father’s Day, I couldn’t pass this timepiece up. Walking past the display case at Nordstrom, the yellow second hand on the basic black face with the black leather band just spoke to me. Hopefully it speaks to my dad when he opens it this Sunday!
