You all know the theme song, “Who can turn the world on with her smile…” and you all know the show “Mary Tyler Moore.”  And on October 19, 1996 thousands came to see the one and only Mary Tyler Moore sign copies of her book “After All.”  She is a household name, a famous television icon and an important piece of Minnesota history as her show was fictionally based in Minneapolis (you can see the statue of her infamous hat toss on Nicollet Mall Downton Minneapolis).  You’re welcome back in Minnesota and to Mall of America^® anytime, Mary!
