I think the Fortune Blouson mullet dress is PERFECT for this summer! It is an electric yellow color that reminds me of the bright July sun. The high-low shape of the skirt is right on trend, and the ruffled sleeves are perfectly feminine. This dress would really be a stunning and flattering piece on anybody. Congratulations to Cotton On for opening a new store. I will be checking it out in person this weekend for sure!!!
