I’m in denial that it’s August and I’ve found a way to combat the blues: dress in bold prints reminiscent of the early summer days. My current favorite pattern? Floral. While floral may seem like it could limit a wardrobe it actually has quite the opposite effect. The print, more often than not, can be treated like a neutral. Floral will go great with a little black dress, quickly dresses up a striped top and can look classy with tights as the temperatures start to drop. If you need any convincing, just check out Bridget’s Pick of the Week. If you need me, I’ll be at Club Monaco buying that floral denim and wearing it into the fall months. Care to join me?
