“Eat. Energize.” is a mantra created by Freshii founder Matthew Corrin that has continued to carry on since 2005. In the 10 years since the first Freshii was established, the savory spot has opened in more than 80+ cities and 15 countries. The newest location in Mall of America opened just in time to energize guests for the 2015 holiday shopping season.
At Freshii, guests enjoy fresh food that is created in a fast, health-casual environment. This on-the-go restaurant evolves with the definition of healthy; guests can order from the menu or create their own wrap, bowl, soup, or salad. With a diverse and customizable menu of 70+ ingredients, Freshii caters to nearly every dietary and taste preference.

Freshii also prides itself on being committed to the Earth and partnering in philanthropic ventures. Their Mission Green is about using natural, eco-friendly cleaning products in its restaurants and providing biodegradable items for guests. Freshii also partners with Free The Children, an international charity that empowers youth to be advocates of change. With every purchase of the Warrior Bowl, proceeds go directly toward funding those projects.
